December 22 Weather Early Showers Then Windy And Clearing

This morning we get a reinforcing shot of cooler air, which may include a sprinkle or flurry.  If you have plans to travel west, moderate to heavy snow will continue in Garrett county through mid day.

Our main event this week will be the arctic front on Christmas.  The timing is still expected within a few hours of midnight, starting with heavy rain, then ending with some snow and a possible flash freeze.  Christmas Day will be much colder and I still believe another push of flurries or snow showers may arrive in the afternoon.
