We remain cloudy with spotty shower, but nothing organized today. Tropical Depression 15 off of the east coast is not not expected to developer further according to the National Hurricane Center.

A band of rain passing across the southern Chesapeake Bay will bring Delmarva rain that crosses Dover.
Spotty showers between northern Baltimore County entering Harford County. This is only a 5 to 10 minute rain.
