Heavy rain is falling across central Maryland this morning. This will be a backwards kind of day weather wise as we have a Flood Watch in place this morning, but the rain should diminish during the afternoon. That should set us up for a few dry days during the week.

Until 10 AM for Maryland in Baltimore County to the west. In Pennsylvania in York County and west and north.

Heavy rain at 6:30 AM was falling over Frederick County into parts of Carroll and Baltimore Counties. This was drifting the the east and expected to slip to the south.
