Sunday April 7 2019
If it has not felt like spring to you yet, it should over the next few days. We have a warm day ahead of us as we should get close to 70ºF. The weather map looks very complicated, but let’s try to simplify it. There will be some rain arrive along with a cold front. While a larger storm will develop in east Texas and move east, the bulk of that energy should stay south of us.
We will get rain tonight, and possibly some thunderstorms. As of now, it looks like the bulk of rain for us should be overnight and ending Monday morning. Then, despite a ‘cold front’ passing, it will actually warm up while we get into the dry air mass and keep strong storms tomorrow to our south. Southern Maryland may get in on the afternoon action… but metro Baltimore ha a chance free two days near 80ºF. Check it out.
