Rain Moves In Then We Warm Up: Inauguration Day Turns Wet

Tuesday January 17 – Today will be a wet day a yet another storm sends us the warm side with rain. Roads are damp already and more rain is on the way, but may arrive back in Baltimore at the end of the morning commute. Warmer air will move in, but you may not notice it until the rain clears out. So high temperatures will be this evening, with most of the day chilly and raw in the 40s, then reaching near 50°F after dark. Wednesday will be windy and warmer, and much of the ten days will be near or above 50F. The next batch of rain will on Friday. At this point, Inauguration Day could turn wet in Washington by mid day.

Here is the latest… and remember to keep you FIFT. We will be in a warm pattern for nearly two week. But winter will return by the end of the month and February might be pay back.
