As we turn the calendar page to December, there is a little anxiety for snow lovers in the eastern US. This El Nino charged weather pattern so far has benefitted Colorado and the northern US with snow, but we are wrapping up one of the warmest Novembers on record in the east.  I have been promoting Faith in the Flakes for years to hang on knowing it will snow, eventually. But in Canada, it is a different story. This video is a funny look at a couple waiting for a thaw that keeps showing up at the end of the seven day forecast. Shirley Delaney showed me this spoof of two people following the Environmental Canada long range forecast.   That is their ‘National Weather Service’. Reminder that they use the Celsius scale, so +1°C is above freezing.  Like 33°F or 34°F for us.

It will snow this winter! Perhaps the pattern begins to turn at the end of the month. Check out the holiday style Faith in the Flakes shirts below the video.  The whole family could wear in hopes of a white Christmas while and would look great opening presents together 🙂

For the record, I am a fan of Environmental Canada’s GEM commuter model as many of you know.

Shirts: Faith In The Flakes 2015-2016 Season

I would love to have a contest for families to show off their Faith in the Flakes and send a photo in online of them all wearing these in front of their tree or of course with real snow against these red shirts. What do you think? It is Cyber Monday after all, and my partner Ink Splash is a local small business in Westminster that you would be supporting.

Christmas Snow Flake Shirts

Faith in the Flakes Snow Shirts

During the weekend I introduced our new shirt designs as I partnered with Ink Splash in Westminster to print and promote online.  Our Maryland Flag Flake is a big hit, but the original and Christmas shirts are available. Please note that we are adding more colors and ladies shirts (hooded shirts). So if you want more options, those should be available to order this week.

Also- If you order in bulk of 10 or more together from a school, first responder complex, or medical field, AND live within an hour drive of Baltimore I will deliver them personally.  We hope you love our new styles to show off your show and support small local businesses. Thanks for your support. See each description on this store page with links to order.
