A Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for central York and southern Lancaster County until 5 PM. This is the latest in a series of warnings with this cold front that has shown weak rotation and signs of hail embedded within some cells. Winds could gust to 60 mph as the front passes. The movement of these storms to the east southeast take the bulk of the energy into northern Baltimore, Harford, and Cecil counties by 6 PM. Compare this image to the last radar simulation I showed. The storms will encounter the Bay, but the latest wind flow does not support enhancement. We need a southeast wind for that, but currently it is southwest. We will watch that for any change to feed the line in the next two hours.
