SharfSurfOpenWow! Mick Fanning was in the water on his surfboard when clearly a shark was going in for the kill Sunday July 19. This was in Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape, South Africa.  Watch and listen as the announcers at the World Surf League JBay Openreacted almost as quickly as he did.  Mick escaped amazingly without harm and the tournament was cancelled for the day. WARNING: Brief colorful language was used, as could be imagined, and apologized for. I believe this is why they broke up the video into two clips.  See the links below for more.
