Saturday October 2

I am calling this ‘second summer’ because it’s the weekend and it will feel warm in the sun these few afternoons. But there is a caveat. Just 2 years ago, the hottest temperature for October was recorded at BWI on this date. That was 98ºF. Today will not even close to that.

Note: Our local Offical recording station at BWI tends to be warmer than models and surroundings.

That’s why I added ‘Near 80’.

My 7-Day forecast below is based on this location… So temps for most locations will be a little cooler.

Late Day Shower?

It looks like the suburbs NorthWest of Baltimore have the best chance of showers after 5 PM throw evening.

Looking Ahead: Monday-Friday

It now appears most of the weekend will be dry.

Some showers may arrive Sunday night, but let’s pick this up Monday.

Showers will build to steady rain during the week.
