Henri was just downgraded to a Tropical Depression. This just happened with the 8 PM update from the National Hurricane Center, and the maps have not caught up to it yet.
There is still a lot of energy in the atmosphere and a force bringing the rain southwest into Maryland tonight.

Beaches On The Edge
We have been on the edge of this storm all day, with some bands of steady rain and heavy downpours, but others on the edge have seen impressive cloud lines with breaks of sun.

The movement of Henri is still Northwest, before making an expected sharp turn towards the coast.

The rain is still being pushed to the Southwest through southern Pennsylvania, and it will wrap through north central Maryland tonight.
NAM Model Simulation
This last wave of rain will swing through north central Maryland and then off the coast bay daybreak. That will set us back up for a return of heat.
