Wednesday June 2 2021
We are locked in the clouds, but temperatures are back to average. This is the transition back to summer weather, and it may be a bumpy ride for a day or two.
The weekend looks better and heat will return into next week.
Morning Surface Weather
High Pressure is off the coast, and allowing clouds, is still blocking the rain.
Low Pressure in the Deep South has spread storms up to the Mid West, and this will reach us on Thursday. We will have a risk of severe weather.

The pattern of showers and storms will last into Friday. On Saturday we should see an improvement, but keep a chance of an afternoon shower with the summer heat.
Sunshine State Of Mind
I am done with the cold and snow (for the season). I am embracing my wife’s mantra of Sunshine State of Mind.
This was designed by Shannon Berk and we will be wearing it through spring and to the beach.
Double Benefit: Proceeds will be split between our nonprofit Just In Power Kids and the development of my new weather website. That has been scheduled to be ready to launch in May.
