There is snow on the map this morning! Its way north in Montana, North Dakota, and parts of Minnesota to Wisconsin, but it’s there. We have chilly air with local frost advisories and freeze warnings. This afternoon will be cool, but a warming trend is on the way.

Look at that snow across the northern US.  That storm track is going to miss us, and help to shift the warmer air back our way this week.

The 30s are widespread north and west of the cities. But the warmth of the Bay waters have kept the rest of Maryland and Delmarva in the 40s to near 50ºF.

The next storm track will remain to our west and north. The rain should miss us (for the most part) through next Friday. Some showers my reach the western and northern hills Monday night. Overall, the pattern will help to bring warmer air back in.
