September 17 Weather Rain From Sally Smell Of Smoke And Chilly Weekend

This morning is not as chilly thanks to cloud cover as Tropical Depression Sally moves in from the south. The bulk of the rain will pass to our south, but some will reach into Maryland and southern PA.  The timing oft he rain will keeps temps cooler on our southern side, as the showers reach north later this afternoon and evening.

The smoke is still in the air aloft, and rain will help to drop the particulates down… carrying more of that smell of smoke.  By this weekend, strong chilly winds will keep us in the 60s.
