Wednesday December 18 2019
The cold air has filtered in and many of us are starting the day below freezing. Hang on, it will get colder! There was concern about the damp roads freezing. It appears the roads are fine, but there may be some patchy ice on walks and some parking lots. These numbers will be influenced by strong winds today, so wind chills will be much colder.
Cold Temps!
The numbers this morning may seem typical for late December, but it is deceiving.
Dress for a very cold day! The wind will whip up and make it feel like mid winter.
Arctic Air On The Way
The arctic front is cross the Great Lakes and will reach us by evening. Some flurries or snow showers could cross the mountains and reach us later.
