Saturday December 14 2019
Thick fog has been the main issue for much of the reason since yesterday. While it may have thinned by you, a lot of moisture is lingering and rain is returning. Here is a quick look at the rain timeline today, with the bulk around lunch and this afternoon. The army-Navy game in Philadelphia is likely to turn wet again. Western Maryland will get back a fresh blanket of snow later.
Then we can shift out focus on the snow and wintry mix on Monday morning. That is likely to fall for all, but stick in the colder inland suburbs. Metro and Bay areas may be just a tad above freezing for this event again.

Rain Timeline Today —> slider
- The arrival time is now showing mid morning. The model bias has trended faster systems and earlier arrival. This is important because it could impact the weather at daybreak and decision time for schools.
- The likely temperatures will be cold enough for stickage inland, west and north of I-95. Cities and Bay areas may still be just a little too warm for anything to stick on the roads.
- I will have ore details on this throughout the weekend
