Monday October 21 2019

The rain on Sunday did soak the region and make a dent in our drought.  The report from Baltimore’s BWI was 1.35″ of rain, which was on the higher end of forecast models (thanks to the Low tracking a little farther north).  The area is still more than 3 inches deficit since September and on the year, so there is more to go. We will work on that as soon as tomorrow.

Rainfall Totals:

According to Doppler Radar estimates… the heaviest rain fell as expected on the south side of Baltimore. Many areas over 1 inch across Washington DC, AACo, and southern Maryland.
