The good news is that is rained and there is more on the way. However, the rain we have had so far was mostly in the western and northern hills and mountains. But as the line of showers along the cold front breaks up today, Low Pressure will develop off of the coast and send more rain back Wednesday for central Maryland around the Bay that needs a drink.

Rain So Far

Most metro areas barely got a trace, even though the ground may be wet this morning. The rain line was stalled yesterday as Doppler Radar estimates a jump from 0.3″ in Westminster to over 1/2″ from Frederick to over 1 inch of rain in Cumberland and into the higher mountains.
