Monday September 9 2019

Some showers have moved through part of Maryland this morning. Clouds will dominate the next two days thanks to a moist easterly flow. But that will keep our temperatures in check. Once they clear and the wind shifts, we will get into the 90s for a few days. It will feel like summer again and schools without air conditioning will feel it for sure.

Morning Radar

The surface winds are from the east keeping the moisture in place, but the upper level winds are moving the showers from west to east. Two main clusters include Southern Maryland and the mountains near Hagerstown. Plan for scattered showers in central Maryland this morning as well.
