Wednesday May 8 2019
After a sunny day in the 80s, it’s definitely going to feel like a change of seasons. A cool front has slipped through northern Maryland and will stall across the state for a few days. On the north side, winds will be from the colder northeast and temperatures will be held down into the 60s. But southern Maryland shoal remain in the 70s for the next two days.
This front will be the focus for showers to develop this afternoon, and keep us in the risk for more rain Thursday and Friday. The outlook this weekend, almost a repeat of the last one. Saturday should be dry with late day showers, then a steady and chilly rain on Sunday. So I hope your have an indoor option for your Mothers Day plans.

Rain Timeline —> slider
Afternoon and Evening shows a narrow band of rain near metro Baltimore. This is a suggestion and will depend on the precise location of the front. But more rain will be developing in southern Virginia and spread northward to link up tonight.
