Temperatures are down around freezing this morning, but clouds will be increasing as a strong coastal storm will be close enough to bring us rain. It is cold enough this morning for snow in the North Carolina mountains, but that is not something we need to be concerned with in our forecast. Just something interesting to note.

This is an impressive looking storm and it will intensify quickly off of the coast tonight and tomorrow. It will be close enough for us to get clipped this evening.

The best chance for rain will be after 3 PM and lasting into the evening. The heavier rain will be south and east of Baltimore where the lower Eastern Shore will be quite soggy this evening. See the radar simulation below.

After the storm, Wednesday will be windy, then we warm for the Orioles opener, but wet again Friday. Next weekend is looking mostly dry and warmer with rain by Sunday evening.
