Saturday March 30 2019

As soon as you step outside this morning you will notice the difference. Temperatures are warmer and it feels like spring. The big question today will be how warm will it get? It’s a pretty good lock that most of the region will reach the 70s. One model shown below actually pushes the upper 70s for metro areas. That’s nearly perfect for the quick approach to peak bloom of the Cherry Blossoms in Washington.

Sunday will be a different story. A cold front will arrive in the morning. So the high temperatures may be before 8 AM, the rain will bring in much cooler air. See the timeline below.
