It is frosty this morning with most areas away from the water down into the 30s. This matches up pretty well with all of the counties under a Frost Advisory all the way from southern PA to southern Maryland and the Lower Eastern Shore. You might need some time to scrape off your windshield if you park your car outside.
The day ahead will be sunny and rebound our temps back to near 60ºF, only to be followed by rain overnight. There is a system that will try to move just south of the race course for the Baltimore Running Festival Saturday morning. Then the next item will be watching the first snow in western Maryland. I am debating a road trip to chase it down as there may be some stickage. See more below.

Snow will begin around midnight and last into day break. There will be some accumulation at the higher elevations
Wisp May get 1 to 3 inches. Perhaps a little more at Cannan Valley. Snowshoe WV could get 3 to 6 inches. Note, their elevation is 4848′.
