It’s hot again and proving that once we have the heat it is tough to shake. The Heat Advisory remains in place in much of Maryland for similar conditions to what we had yesterday. An Excessive Heat Warning is an upgrade in southern Pennsylvania. Temperatures start this morning in the mid 70s to lower 80s in Baltimore. This afternoon will be in the upper 90s with heat index over 100ºF. July 4th plans outside will be much better than the clouds and rain of last year. Independence Day will give us some freedom from the heat wave.
