Saturday April 28 2018
If you had dense fog this morning, it may already be burning off or will do so soon. A cold front is approaching but ahead of it will be a surge of warm air that will boost temps into the 70s. However, there will be a line of rain and storms. If you have an app that shows something like a 70% chance of rain today, it is correct, but can be deceiving. DO NOT change your plans today as most of our region will see the rain later this afternoon and evening. In essence, it will rain, but much of the day ahead of it will be nice.
Here is a quick look at the radar simulation. As we close out April, the pattern will change. Sunday will be chilly as we will be stuck in the 50s. Not good for the Bay Bridge Boat Show… but I will be there with Shades of the Bay raising money for Just In Power Kids…. The work week however…. May will show a quick warm up and a few days in the 80s this upcoming week.
