A Little Rain And A Little Cooler

It is going to feel a little more like Fall today. One band of overnight rain is moving east, but the overall wind pattern from the east will bring showers back in from that direction. Light rain and drizzle might be a better description. Large and cold High Pressure in Canada this morning has helped to carve out a slice of reality in the atmosphere. The wind off of the Atlantic will continue to drag in more moisture and also cool us down during the day. So it will be a few degrees cooler this afternoon than what you experience this morning.

The chance of rain will linger for a few days, but the weekend will warm back a bit. Next week we should have more sustained cooler air, at least back into our normal range for mid October.

Saturday will have more showers on the Eastern Shore. The pick of the weekend will be Sunday. Monday will bring the next cold front and our return back to a more normal set up for mid October next week.
