Wednesday October 11
Just getting back to near normal weather is a big news. After two days with record warm low temps and nearly a month without rain, we finally have cooler air and a few days with showers. But it is not here yet. This morning is muggy and there showers are split on the north and south of Baltimore. I wish I could say we have a good, cool, soaking rain. But it appears that the rain will be split in two bands: Southern Maryland and southern Pennsylvania. There may be some showers or a thunderstorm popping out in between, but that is not showing up on this radar simulation below. Here is the quick look below:
Stats For October 11
Normal High: 68ºF
Record High: 89ºF in 1954
Normal Low: 47ºF
Record Low: 27ºF in 1934
Sunrise: 7:13 AM
Sunset 6:33 PM
Radar Simulation
Note: There may be some thundershowers pop up in the afternoon, but two bands of rain will be concentrated north and south of Baltimore.

High Temperatures
This is still above normal, but NOT in the 80s…
Showers Thursday
This is a snapshot for tomorrow morning. The chance of light showers will be with us all day thanks to a damp east wind. That will also hold Thursday’s afternoon temps in the 60s

Next Cold Front On Monday: After a warmer weekend, the cold front will lose rain reaching us but it will bring us a reality check with temperatures next week.
