We are in a pattern now that flows from Canada. This will drop the humidity but also the temperatures. Today will be noticeably cooler, and the trend will continue for s few more days. Don’t worry, we should heat back up by next weekend.
This pattern also has some disturbances which will bring a slight chance of showers today… but only in the northern half of our region. I define that as ‘north of Baltimore’. Some scattered showers will pop up this afternoon and then again this evening. Most places will stay dry, but the northern areas could get in on a few of those showers as shown in the radar simulation below.
