Tuesday May 16 – Once again we are in a pattern with a warm up and dry weather during the work week. Temperatures will reach 90ºF or better for two days. There is high confidence on that. But then a cool down will arrive this weekend. Also, pretty high confidence on that. The low confidence part of this forecast is the rain… There will be a stray T’shower on Thursday afternoon, with more on Friday.  Preakness Saturday will be cooler, thanks to an east wind. But the rain threat I showed yesterday, looks to be squashed. I don’t want to call off the dogs yet, so keep the chance of showers in mind.  I don’t trust it yet, as I did mentioned before. Just something to watch for timing and location.  Here is how it looks now:

Warming Up:

Today

‘Normal High” = 74ºF

Tomorrow

Normal High = 74ºF
