Tuesday April 18 – Today is Tax Day and you can’t blame the weather for keeping you away from the Post Office. Actually just reading this and you have access to e-file. Regardless, a nice weather day may help take the sting out of the payments and signal that things wil be shaking up over the next week. Yesterday’s rain only brought 0.21″ to BWI and just before we hit the 80s. Looking ahead we have plenty of changes on a bumpy road back to normalcy. This includes a few chances at rain, one more warm up, and a larger rain event. Here’s a quick look.
High Temps Today
Average for Baltimore is 65ºF
Thursday Thundershowers?
The main storm will pass well to our north. This typically keeps the energy from moving east of the mountains. Locally chances of showers would most likely be evening west and north of Baltimore.
Some Heat
We should reach the 80s again Friday and Saturday…. See the temperature outlook below.

Storm Smart: My STEM Assembly Program
Click here to see the details and how this educational program is also a fundraiser for schools. We can start scheduling for May now.
Get the award winning Kid Weather App I made with my oldest son and support our love for science, weather, and technology. Our 3 year anniversary of the release and our contribution to STEM education is this November. It has been downloaded in 60 countries, and works in both temperature scales. With your support we can expand on the fun introduction to science and real weather.
