Halloween Chill Then Warming Up Again

Halloween Chill Then Warming Up Again

October 31 – The cold front that moved through last night continues to drop temperatures this morning, and there will be a slow recovery later today. So kids in costumes should dress in layers underneath. The struggle to reach the upper 50s this afternoon will be noticeable after yesterday’s record high of 83°F. By this evening, it will get chilly in a hurry. Sunset is at 6:06 PM, so trick or treating should be dropping through the 40s inland from the Bay, and perhaps into the 40s for Baltimore by 8 or 9 PM.  There will be a bounce back to the 70s this week, before the next cool down next weekend.  Here’s quick look.

Most of this week will be dry, with the exception of the cold front and chance of showers/storms on Thursday.
