Tuesday May 31 – Back to school and work today after the holiday weekend and it still is somewhat sticky/humid. There are area of fog and low clouds that will break up for a return of the sun. The bulk of rain and influence from downgraded Post Tropical Cyclone Bonnie is off of the coast. Parts of Delmarva had 3 inches of rain this weekend while the improvement already arrived west of the Bay. This week a quasi-stalled front will slip off to the east and allow cooler weather to arrive with a drop in humidity. There are no heat waves in this week’s forecast and the most organized rain appears to arrive at the end of next weekend. So, you can wear white pants and shoes now, but the real feel of summer is not quite here yet even as June is about to begin.
Here’s a look at the break down this week. Only the days with best chance of showers are shown below.
High Temperatures Today
Wednesday: Scattered Showers
Friday: Cold Front Brings Scattered Showers

Temperature Outlook:
An easterly wind will develop this week. That could hold more areas in the 70s.
