One more round of rain still set to move through could impact evening plans, especially for those at the Orioles game. The latest radar shows a mesoscale rotation in Carroll County, indicative of stronger energy along the front to enhance the rainfall. The best case scenario, this line of rain will move out of Baltimore between 9 and 10 PM. There rain will linger longer east and south of the city, with a few more showers still possible after midnight. But this will all be out of here by morning. See the latest radar simulation below.
Some heavy downpours on already soggy ground can lead to more flooding. Doppler Radar estimation shows over 4 inches of rain has fallen near Bel Air in Harford County, which is why there is a Flash Flood Warning there. More flooding with 3 to 5 inches of rain in parts of southern Pennsylvania where heavy bands of rain have been persistent most of the day.
