The clouds have thickened up and some showers have reached west of Baltimore and north into York County PA. Will this evening be a washout? Not exactly, but rain will increase into the night, when most will fall after dark. The heavier rain will reach southern Maryland overnight and Friday morning. Yes, this will include the beaches as well, but less rain near metro Baltimore by then. This is just a quick radar simulation below between 6PM Thursday evening and 5 AM Friday morning.
