Saturday July 24 2021
Today will be comfortable with High Pressure under control and winds light. Those winds will shift tonight, possibly marked by a line of overnight storms, then the high heat begins to make a return tomorrow into next week.
Surface Weather
The storm complex in the Great Lakes will miss us. But a trailing warm front may mark the overnight push of showers, then allowing the winds to shift and bring back the high heat.
Satellite Loop
Upper level winds are still from the north. Watch the band of cirrus clouds drop out of New York State and head in our direction. This will mix with the sky today, so not completely sunny.

Sunshine State Of Mind
I am done with the cold and snow (for the season). I am embracing my wife’s mantra of Sunshine State of Mind.
This was designed by Shannon Berk and we will be wearing it through spring and to the beach.
Double Benefit: Proceeds will be split between our nonprofit Just In Power Kids and the development of my new weather website. That has been scheduled to be ready to launch in May.
