Sunday October 18 2020
A Frost Advisory has been in place for the second morning in a row for the same areas, but we are turning the corner. More clouds are likely as a stormy pattern will send the next system mainly to our west and north. There is snow on the weather map, but we will be getting back to the 70s this week ahead.
Here is first look weather forecast, and NEW GFS Interactive simulation slider. Also see the journal of Maryland Weather conditions observed in Baltimore yesterday, climate report today, sunrise/sunset, moon phase, and daily weather map.
Morning Set Up
Snow is getting closer! This morning it is showing up in Nebraska, Iowa, and near Madison Wisconsin. That will not reach us, but may stir up your Faith in the Flakes.
Locally, more clouds will filter in across the sky ahead of that system. But the winds will be shifting. That storm passes to our north Monday, then we turn the pattern back warmer winds with highs in the 70s mid week.
