Delta became the 5th US landfalling hurricane of season last night. It has since been downgraded to a tropical storm with winds of 45 mph. It wil continue to weaken but spread moisture our way. Today will be mostly cloudy, and rain has already pushed into southern Virgina. This will eventually spread north on Sunday and bring most of the region between 1 to 3 inches of rain.
