Rain Returns Monday: New Interactive Timeline Radar Simulation Slider

Today’s weather will be great! Just wanted to get that out of the way, as the we have dropped the humidity, and cooler winds will keeps temperatures in check.  Tomorrow however will be a different story. The next weather system is organizing in the deep south and will bring us rain by Monday afternoon.

I had plans with my boys to be outside, and the specific timing of rain for our area has been my main concern. If you have something planned, I wanted to give you an option to check on, which includes an interactive, updated model slider.  So I included one for you below, to compare to my standard model simulation. I’d like to know what you think:

Morning Set Up

• Clear and cooler this morning for us. Low Pressure in Oklahoma is what wil bring us rain Monday.
• Florida: Yes, there is circulation that has a 50% chance to develop into something tropical in the next few days.

How Much Rain?

Monday Through Tuesday may be very wet, especially in the mountains west of Baltimore. But guidance suggests a quick drop off to the north and east. This could mean less rain for Hershey Park, Delmarva, and the Beaches. Less rain, but maybe not completely dry.
