A Flash Flood Watch has been issued AGAIN for our area today. It will be a little cooler, but very humid. Slow moving storms will develop again today. An area of Low Pressure will keep the winds from the east and Northeast. That will keep temps cooler, more clouds around, but some bands of storms that can drop over 1 inch of rain.

Here is a quick look at the rainfall forecast today, plus a look at our Maryland Trek Day 6. This day includes a marathon distance hike on the Eastern Shore and 20 mile ride to Sharptown. There will be more showers along our way.

- My team will hiking 27 miles from Grasonville through Easton then off Rt. 50 to Preston. We will switch to our bikes and ride 20 miles into Sharptown.
