Surface Map and Regional Impact
While the surface Low is off of the South Carolina coast, there is a feeder band developing thunderstorms across central Florida. Rain is not the concern for the NASA/Space X Rocket Launch, but any risk of lightning would cause a delay.
Doppler Radar At Noon
There is a Special Marine Warning off of the coast of Cape Canaveral. Given the heavy rain inland moving towards the coast, it may be hard to fit the rocket launch in today.
