Tuesday May 26
This morning began with an interesting set up seen on the visible satellite. We are in a pattern with an easterly wind adding in moisture from the water, which results in thick fog developing. This will burn off, and temperatures will be warmer this afternoon. The next few days will be show an increase in temperatures, humidity, and rain with thunderstorms.
Visible Satellite at 7 AM
But this has been mainly across Delmarva and the western shore of the Chesapeake. Also on the highest elevations of the inland mountains. Meanwhile central Maryland remained clear.
Dense Fog Advisory
Delmarva: Includes all of Delaware. In Maryland from Cecil, Kent, Queen Annes, Caroline, and Talbot Counties until 11 AM. But most places will have it burn off by 9 or 10 AM.
