The strong wind may have eased overnight, but it is back today. We are caught between a snow storm in northern New England and High Pressure in the Northern Plains. Winds will average 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph today. Tonight, the winds will ease as the colder air settles in. A Freeze Watch is in place for inland counties into Saturday morning. If you hooked up a garden hose, disconnect it to prevent bursting.
