Saturday March 7 2020
A dramatic storm off of the coast continues to move away this morning. This was responsible for the snow mix yesterday and overnight. It produced a few inches of snow in eastern New England and winds gusting over 60 mph on Cape Cod. While clouds are lingering this morning, clearing sky should spread our way this afternoon. Then the warm up begins.
Spring Forward:
- Tonight starts Daylight Saving Time. Turn your clocks forward 1 hour before you go to sleep. *Also change the batteries in your smoke detectors.
- Sunday sunset will be in the 7 PM hour.
- Monday temps get close to 70ºF.
- Tuesday begins an active weather pattern with rain likely a few days next week. (No snow in sight and it might be time to ‘call it’)

Looking Ahead:
Starting Tuesday, multiple systems will be spreading periods of rain through next weekend. Not all a washout, but there will be a chance of rain almost each day into next weekend.
