Saturday October 26 2019
A strong storm in the southern US got a boost yesterday when Tropical Storm Olga was named in the Gulf of Mexico. But much like last weekend with Nestor, this moved onshore soon after and now is absorbed as part of a larger system to spread our way. Some spotty showers will move in today, but the bulk of rain will be Sunday morning and early afternoon. Strong winds and a squall line will bring this to a peak early afternoon. See the timeline and rain forecast below.
Headlines:
- Today: Spotty Showers Afternoon, Light Rain In West And North Hills
- Sunday Morning: Widespread Rain, Winds 15 to 0 mph
- Sunday Afternoon: Squall Line Mid Day, Wind Gusts Over 40 mph
