Monday August 26 2019

As our weather starts off cool and calm, the Atlantic is cooking up Tropical Storm Dorian and perhaps another system off of the Atlantic coast. We will get some heat to return this week, but only one local day with rain and storms is expected. See the local weather below the tropical update.

Tropical Outlook

Tropical Storm Dorian is a concern for the Caribbean this week. Off of the east coast, a new storm may get named by Wednesday. This could be called Erin, but likely to continue to move out away from the coast.

Tropical Storm Dorian

Dorian has winds up to 60 mph this morning as it moves to the west at 14 mph. This looks like it will strengthen slowly and possibly into a hurricane as it passes to the south of Puerto Rico this week.
