Thursday June 13 2019
It has been a soggy start. Heavy rain moved in last night and continues to dump this morning. The good news is that we can see the back edge of this batch a of 6:30 AM approaching DC and Southern Maryland. There will be lingering showers this morning, then a break for a few hours, only to be followed by a round of strong thunderstorms late afternoon and evening.
After this, we will get into a mother breezy and cool air mass on Friday into the start of the weekend. Fathers Day should be mostly dry, but we will watch for the next round of showers and thunderstorms by Sunday evening.
