Sunday June 9 2019

We re expecting rain today, but it won’t be a washout. Showers are moving in to Southern Maryland this morning as an area of Low Pressure tries to move in off of the Atlantic. The beaches will be rainy today, and we will get a damp wind from the southeast to increase our clouds. Metro areas will get scattered showers by mid day. But the bulk of the rain is likely to be south of Baltimore and Washington.

Less rain and likely warmer temperatures will be north near and north into PA.

We will be in a wet pattern for much of the week ahead. Starting with more rain tonight and stronger storms on Monday. Then, the rest of the week will be cooler. We get a break Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, then more rain Thursday into next weekend.
