The next item of interest will be over the weekend: The Baltimore Running Festival. The outlook does show rain, but there is some glimmer of hope. Another thing I will focus on is snow for western Maryland. Cold air and Lake Effect Snow is likely Saturday night into Sunday morning. I may plan a trip out west to chase it down for you. FITF
