Monday May 21 2018
It is my absolute pleasure to say that it will not rain locally today. We should have as close to a normal May 21 weather day as possible. Tomorrow however we will have another threat of showers or a thunderstorm in the early to mid afternoon. The rest of the week should get us in the mood for the unofficial start of summer and the holiday weekend. Unfortunately my atmospheric memory theory may get another showing by Memorial Day for the entire east coast. That semi-tropical feature and stalled pattern we just got out of is going to try and repeat itself again. Temps will warm to the lower 80s, but the risk of rain will increase each day over the holiday weekend. Here’s the latest look
