Monday Feb 6 – Many of us might be groggy waking up after that incredible Overtime Super Bowl finish last night, so I promise to make this quick and to the point.  Another storm is on the way and it comes with a warm pattern. Today will be dry, and although rain will be arriving Tuesday, it will not be an all day washout. There will be some dry hours in the afternoon as temperatures reach the 60s.  Then, behind the storm there will be some cold air  and another wave of energy. This is where we could get snow.  The Patriots looks like they were out of it and surprised everyone in the second half of the game. If Brady could pull out that win, then getting snow this week is definitely possible. FITF See more below

Thursday Snow? Storm Part 2

I should point out that the cold air will be marginal. The timing at night will help, but the ground temps will be questionable to support stickage. Something to sort out as we get closer. The European Model is more aggressive with snow, but the Canadian Model is dry. So here is the middle of the road view. Note the snow showers will continue after the Low Pressure moves off of the coast.

Temperature Outlook

The pattern will be dominated by above normal temps. The cool down with the potential Thursday snow will be brief.
