screen-shot2016-11-29-06_23_27Tuesday November 29 – Rain is already with us this morning and causing traffic problems. There will be a few more impulses of rain along with the push of warmer air that will make it feel like spring as we erase the autumn drought concern. Baltimore’s BWI has a five inch deficit of rain since September 1, and the next two days should bring over two inches to try and cut that in half. Plus, temperatures will approach 70°F, which in late November is enough to produce the chance of thunder and local downpours.  We have that chance both today and tomorrow. Note that autumn is known for big swings, so this warm up is likely to be balanced out with an equally powerful cool down. Here is a look, and the crash of temperatures with the arrival of December and through the weekend.
